Return:
You May Cancel Your Order Within 14 Days Of Your Purchase. The deadline is calculated from the day you received the item. If the Order is Delivered Partly, The Withdrawal Deadline Applies from the Day You Receive the Last Item.
If you choose to return a product, it must be in the same condition and quantity as on receipt. Similarly, The Item must be returned in Intact Original or Similar Packaging. If you are unlucky to receives a damaged or incorrect item in relation to your order, you must respond within a Reasonable time after you have found the error or defect. Complaints about visible defects and deficiencies that should be discovered by Usual Examination of the Goods must be notified to Art Copenhagen Within 2 Weeks after this has been discovered. The Goods Can Subsequently Be Returned for Repair, Exchange or Any Credit According to Agreement.
In Connection with complaints, Art Copenhagen Holds the Return Costs to a Reasonable Extent.
